Phatboy Custom Works works was a dream I had. I have always been in my garage tinkering. Growing up I spent more time in the garage than I did doing anything else. I really got the bug when I built my first computer. I’ve been hooked ever since. The ability to customize anything is something that excites me. To take something that has been manufactured and put your own stamp on it, there is no greater feeling in the world to me.

After the pandemic. I realized like most did that being diversified is a necessity. I put a plan in motion to move forward on making my shop not just a hobby but another source of income. We relocated across the country as the area we were in was far to expensive. Got my shop set up and I’ve been plugging away at projects ever since.

What I do and what I can offer

-        3d printing

o  I have a Prusa MK3. It has an 8x8x9 bed and can print with several different types of filament.

o  I can scale up most parts if needed.

o  I can read prints but in order for me to quote/manufacture I will need the STL file

-        Woodworking

o  Furniture restorations

o  Furniture fabrication and customization

-        Computers

o  PC case modifications

§ Painting

§ Case manufacturing

§ Cooling systems

o  Assembly and set up

-        Future opportunities

o  I plan on expanding into the RC car market

What I can’t do

-        3d printing

o  I can not make a drawing from scratch yet. I’m still learning how to use 3d software.

-        Woodworking

o  I do not have a lathe yet. This is something I’m working towards

o  I do not have a CNC table. This is also something I’m working towards

I know this reads like this is just a hobby but I’m working towards making this full-time. I believe in communication, honesty, and respect. I will always communicate on status and issues in an honest and expedient manner. Lets make something custom together. 

I have a small machine shop and I weld aluminum ss And steel I can do tig or mig welding all depends what your looking for I have over 30 years of experience mostly with aluminum but other materials is no problem I have a plasma machine and other equipment that is needed to do any small to medium size jobs
