Pal-Con, Ltd. is a precision metal fabrication and industrial manufacturing partner supporting energy, infrastructure, and heavy industrial markets. We specialize in laser cutting, waterjet cutting, forming, welding, and large format plate and structural fabrication with an emphasis on accuracy, repeatability, and responsiveness.

Our cutting capabilities include an AMADA ENSIS 301 fiber laser system , as well as three OMAX 80160 waterjet systems, including a Tilt-A-Jet, operating up to 56,000 psi for precision contour cutting and complex bevels. These systems allow us to process a wide range of metals and thicknesses while maintaining tight tolerances on both prototype and production work.

Forming and fabrication capabilities include press brake bending, and shear capacity, and a 750 ton hydraulic press supporting heavy plate forming and custom applications. Our shop is equipped with (4) 30 ton overhead cranes to support safe and efficient handling of large and heavy components, enabling us to execute complex assemblies and large weldments with confidence.

Pal-Con, Ltd. operates from our 180,000 sqft manufacturing facility designed to support high quality custom work and rapid production. Our layout and material handling capabilities allow us to accommodate demanding projects that require flexibility, coordination, and disciplined quality control.
